Refund policy

At Bonita, we care about your full satisfaction. That’s why we offer a flexible and clear exchange and return policy.

First: Exchange

• You can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it.
• The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags.
• Exchange is subject to availability of the desired size or color.

Second: Return

• You can return the product within 3 days of receiving it for a full refund.
• The product must be in the same condition as received.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our mistake or the product is defective).

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any item worn directly on the hair such as:

• Bonnets
• Turbans
• Cotton caps

This is for health and hygiene reasons to protect our customers.
