How can I order from Bonita?
You can simply order through our website or contact us on WhatsApp. Our customer service team will guide you step by step.
Are all products always available?
We update our collections regularly, but some colors or materials may run out quickly. If an item is out of stock, you can join the waitlist or follow us on social media for updates.
How long does delivery take?
Cairo and Giza: 2 to 5 working days • Other governorates: 5 to 7 days Delivery times may vary based on your address or during peak seasons.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery time and cost will vary depending on the destination. If you want to order from outside Egypt, contact us on WhatsApp for personal assistance.
How can I track my order after placing it?

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return or exchange a product within the allowed period, provided it’s in its original condition. However, for hygiene reasons, hairwear items (like bonnets) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check our full return and exchange policy
